1. Owner should bring an ID card. If the owner cannot come in person, please fill out a certificate of entrustment. The delegate needs to bring both his/her and the owner's ID cards, and signature is required for claiming the pet.
2. Fill out the application form.
3. Microchip implant is required for pets without registration.
4.Complete pet registration.
- NT$ 250 for neutered pet. (Certification is required.)
- NT$ 350 for non-neutered pet.
5. Rabies vaccination is required for pets without rabies vaccination or not vaccinated
more than a year. Fee is NT$ 100. Certification is required for pets vaccinated within a year.
